Wooden console table with glass slit at the center of the the top, and glass shelf in the middle. Both glasses are coated with urushi lacquer and silver foil on the back side, and both are removable. The pattern on the glasses here is called "Urushi in Bloom" but can be selected and replaced from among the patterns shown in Urushi-coated Tempered Glass of our Product List. The wooden part is of natural wood, mainly horse chestnut, zelkova or oak, partly made use of the figure found in the field. Almost any wood is fine, but not ply wood. Nice contrast of nature work and human craftmanship. Custom made only.
