The pattern on the surface that reminds us of water ripple is the result of moving of urushi during the time of drying. Once set, it never moves again, and the similar pattern is available according to our processed data. One of the 8 patterns created on glass, that reminds us of water ripple. Nice for the wall decoration, partition, table top or to be assembled into furniture. The urushi reflects the light, natural or artificial, and color looks different depending upon the place you stand, developing a unique atmosphere. The work of natural genuine lacquer only, and no chemical is added. Urushi is the processed sap of tree, truly ecological, and it is said to be one of the finest coating in the world. Actually it has been used in Japan almost 9000 years. Black version also available. For 1000 mm x 1000mm glass, thickness 10mm, weighs 25 kg. Also good on acrylic surface with the same effect, and lighter, almost half in weight.
