Description

Available in surface mounted & recess mounted options, gasketed floor joint covers have a minimal exposed surface, with a sealable gasket for infection control, making them perfect for healthcare and hygienic applications. These joints can be used in conjunction with carpets, wooden floors, terrazzo tiles, vinyl, ceramic tiles and stone. Some double gasket models can even incorporate the adjacent floor finish in the centre plate to reduce visual appearance. Recess mounted flush floor covers with an extra deep recess to accommodate thick floor tiles, terrazzo or other finishes. Joint Width: up to 50mm Horizontal: up to ±20mm Vertical: up to ±3mm Lateral: up to ±6mm Load Capability: 1000kg point load Metal sections: aluminium components are mill finished as standard; GFD-HDS is supplied with polished stainless steel frame cappings. Gaskets: co-extruded Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) gaskets are available in four standard colours. Other colours can be supplied subject to minimum quantity. Aluminium sections: 3m Gaskets: supplied cut to suit from [max] 32m rolls Stainless steel capping: 3m Floor: fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450mm centres and to achieve minimum 40mm embedment Note: Frames are not supplied pre-drilled
