The HD-MD4X2-4KZ-E is a 4K60 4:4:4 HDR (High Dynamic Range) AV switcher that provides a cost-effective solution for professional AV applications. Equipped with four HDMI® inputs and two HDMI outputs, the HD-MD4X2-4KZ-E includes features such as automatic switching of inputs, EDID management, HDCP 2.3 compliance, enterprise-grade security, and XiO Cloud® service support. The HD-MD4X2-4KZ-E supports video resolutions up to 4K60 with 4:4:4 color sampling. HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision® video formats are also supported. Automatic switching among the HDMI inputs can occur based on the last connected input or on the routing priority assigned to each input. An input can be routed to up to two HDMI outputs. Switching behavior is configurable using the web interface or the XiO Cloud® service and is programmable using a Crestron control system. In addition, input and output selection push buttons on the front panel of the HD-MD4X2-4KZ-E enable the desired inputs and outputs to be selected manually. The HD-MD4X2-4KZ-E provides comprehensive management of EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) to ensure that every source is displayed at the optimal resolution and format.
