Thanks to its 304 stainless steel hooks, it holds your deck boards firmly against the joist. It's quick and easy to install. Thanks to its polypropylene base, there's no need for board spacers, and the Cobra® clip cuts the time needed to build your deck by at least 30% compared with conventional screw installation. Only one screw is needed per clip, and thanks to its self-drilling head, a simple bit (supplied with the clips and screws) is all you need to install the Cobra® clip on the joist without pre-drilling. The Cobra® 8-18 clip is part of the Cobra® Hybrid range of clips: 1. Cobra® 7-22 clip for bamboo and termo-treated wood decking 2. Cobra® 8-18 clip for composite decking 3.
