Description

OKURA is the name of a very nice hotel in Tokyo which combines the past with modernity a little like the curves of this new settee. A highly seductive model with its association of irreproachable lines and incomparable comfort, Eric Jourdan's Okura seating is completely in the spirit of our collection. Okura is an urban, international product which will be shown to best effect in a pared-down setting, a New York loft perhaps, or a designer apartment in Berlin, or a Haussmannian building in Paris. CONSTRUCTION Seat in panels of 3-layer particleboard, cut and clad in polyether foam and 110 g/m2 polyester quilting. COMFORT Webbed suspension on seat. Back consists of a mechanically-soldered steel structure clad in injected polyurethane foam and 110 g/m2 polyester quilting. Seat cushion in high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam (36kg/m3 - 2.8kPa) and 110 g/m2 polyester quilting. Compartmented back cushion filled with new goose feathers (10% down / 90% feathers). High back cushion with structure in mechanically-soldered steel clad in high resilience polyurethane Bultex 26kg/m3 - 1.4kPa and 110g/m2 polyester quilting.
