The ST50 automation system (installed in view) has a compact footprint of only 8x6 cm. It offers a high power output of 50 Nm, which is significantly above the market average (typically between 25 and 40 Nm). There is also an enhanced 80 Nm version with the same dimensions, suitable for operating very large panels in high-wind conditions. Another feature of the ST50 is its absolute quietness and smooth, silent movement. The automation is composed of an aluminum base on which the motor block and electronics are mounted. The aluminum base serves as a structural component, allowing the automation to be fixed to the lintel, and enabling individual components to be replaced easily for extraordinary maintenance by simple detachment and reattachment. The standard articulation covers 90% of applications, and with the extended terminal, it accommodates specific uses such as Padovana-style shutters. The automation is entirely made in Italy with Italian components. The electric motor is produced in Italy, while the gears and other mechanical components are crafted from solid steel and manufactured in-house by our CS Mechanics division. The electronic board is also fully produced in Italy, ensuring a long lifespan. The product's reliability is certified by a substantial number of installed systems operating continuously in the market for over 20 years! We also guarantee spare parts availability for at least 10 years. Chiaroscuro automations are compatible with both wired and wireless home automation systems: simply connect the automation to a roller shutter module to operate the shutters.
