Description

CBG - BioFiber Module is a refractory ceramic fiber module made of biosoluble BioFiberAlt ceramic fibers based on calcium and magnesium silicates with high thermal insulation values at operating temperatures of up to 1,200°C, which is characterized by the following properties: • 100% biosoluble • good strength • high temperature resistance (with additional CBG fiber special coating up to 1,350°C) • low thermal conductivity • good sound absorption • environmentally friendly • good insulating properties • reduced maintenance effort • low assembly effort • no risk to health • chemically resistant to acids, alkalis, oil, hydrocarbons and water • contains no binders, produces no fumes or air pollution The CBG - BioFiber Module can be used as an insulating and working layer for high-temperature devices of any construction and type of application with an air speed of ‹ 40 m/s. An optimal solution for the working lining of roasting, heating and reheating furnaces, as well as sealing of penetrations and channel linings.
