SeaPan WP 15/15 - fire-resistant, composite wall sandwich panel based on basalt and ceramic matrix with the following characteristics: • Low specific gravity • Noninflammability and non-combustibility • No smoke or fuses in a fire • High temperature resistance • Low thermal conductivity • High noise-insulating properties • Immunity to vibration • Moisture-resistant • Good breathability • Handling with conventional cutting tools • Easy disposal The new optimum solution for the production of partitions and walls in shipbuilding, construction and architecture and many other structures such as office, technical or residential containers. The use of lightweight composite materials, in this case SeaPan WP 15/15, with a specific weight of only about 5.7 kg/m², allows to significantly reduce the total weight, for example of a passenger ship, by several hundred tons. The panel can be delivered ready for installation and requires no further processing. The tongue-and-groove connection system we use significantly reduces the time spent on installation. Good mechanical properties of the panel, besides, allow to apply in work with it screw and dowel-screw variants of fastening both at reception flat, and angular connections.
