Within the new office building constructed for one of the UK's leading independent financial service providers, this four storey balustrade atrium is an impressive feature of the building. Each staircase flight and each semi-circular landing was constructed in a single piece off site and transported to site: The large sections of stairs were then hoisted into position. Although, logistically, this was a tremendous challenge; off site construction dramatically reduced the installation time on site. The staircases and atrium balustrades were installed in just two weeks.
