The engraved hours, except for the number 3, and the silent mechanism make it the perfect accessory also in the sleeping area. Available in various finishes and colours. Materials Our handcrafted creations are made of wood and painted MDF, depending on the colour versions considered. Medium Density Fibreboard is a wood derivative that lends itself to being shaped and painted. The wood finishes are open-pore in order to emphasise the real characteristics of the grain. The knobs are made of a very robust alloy and are dimensioned to have an excellent grip as well as an excellent capacity, which makes them suitable for any type of garment. Mechanisms Our wall clocks are equipped with the best German-made mechanisms. Each model is assigned the mechanism according to the characteristics of the dial and the weight of the hands. Operation is powered by an AA battery and is totally silent. All mechanisms are tested in the laboratory during quality control. Hands We do not use plastic hands but only aluminium hands. The hands are moulded from particularly light aluminium foil to ensure optimum consistency but at the same time perfect calibration for the operation of the mechanism. Varnishes Painting is done by hand using an airbrush. We only use water-based paints through which we achieve a perfect finish while respecting the environment and improving the healthiness of the working environment.
