Uniquely Customisable
One of the biggest advantages of Bruag's perforated panel facade is the high customisability of the individual tiles, used to plan and realise unique buildings of any kind. There is no limit shapes, sizes and cut-outs. Where perforated metal facades fail to match the design of the exterior and interior of a building, due to a standard perforation, perforated panel facades made of CELLON or Formboard top pine are individually laser cut.
Choose HPL and Wood Over Metal
CELLON is a full-core laminated sheet made of 70% cellulose and 30% phenol resin. The material is pressed into 8mm or 10mm thick panels, that can be cut into any size. Bruag uses CELLON panels to construct and individualise perforated panel facades, facade tiles, balcony rails and even sound-supporting wall covers for concert halls, stages or crowded areas. CELLON is highly durable and low in maintenance. Another alternative to metal panels are Formboard top pine wood based panels. Formboard consists of sawdust enriched with polyurethane. It is therefore a very eco-friendly way to cover facades. The panels are resistant to climatic conditions such as rain, snow and heat. Due to being individually laser cut, perforations turn out just as needed. Any notches needed for applying the perforated panel facade to walls and ceilings may be planned upfront and cut out at order without extra charge.
