Description

Country/Place:CH/Niederrohrdorf Name of Project:Multipe Dwelling “Central” Product Category:Balcony Balustrade Material:CELLON 8mm Perforation:50653 slightly adapted Colour:RAL 7022 Planner:Kobelt & Partner Mägenwil; Meinrad Müller Architektur Lenzburg In the village of Niederrohrdorf new housing has been created. The prime project “Central”, which was completed by Kobelt & Partner AG, Mägenwil, includes two new multi-family dwellings with a total of 21 rental apartments as well as the comprehensive renovation of the former Central restaurant. In the heart of the up-and-coming Aargau village and optimally situated on the edge of the Reuss valley, the development convinces with a clear structure and an optimal embedding of new and existing buildings. Comfortable living begins in the outdoor area: when selecting the parapet parapets, general contractors and planners paid special attention to functional aesthetics. The balcony railings produced by Bruag AG in CELLON® are perforated so that residents can enjoy their new home with good views and little insight.
