DIGITA the new espresso coffee machines range integrates into its simple software everything to meet the needs of the Horeca sector. In addition to the proven ergonomics of the Bezzera machines, this model is equipped with an electronics that, through a practical integrated display, allows you to monitor important parameters. DIGITA line is available only in Volumetric Electronic Dosing version;the electronic board manages the coffee doses volume programmed by the user.Up to 4 different doses can be programmed for each group. Copper boiler:enables the optimum steam and hot water productivity; levels are automatically managed by a control box. Heat Exchangers: operated with an hydraulic circuit separated from the boiler, coffee is always prepared with fresh water. Safety: double safety system, guaranteed by the boiler high-temperature cut-off thermostat and the hydraulic overpressure valve.
