The X Files doors, designed by architect Marco Piva, combine chromatic effects together with important technical characteristics: it’s a balance between translucency and opacity, textures and light, natural and artificial, creating a world of designs that enhances the strength of the Bencore product range.
These doors have several heights and widths and are very flexible in installation: they can be placed in traditional walls or in plasterboard walls, guaranteeing privacy while translucent and acoustic performance.
Fos doors and wall can fit any project requirement. Supplied also as single module, the wall and the sliding door can vary in height from 2100mm up to 3000mm in single element without joints or transom window. Easy to install, X-Files doors and walls can be adapted to existing walls in other materials (masonry, wood, gypsum-board), or installed at floor-to-ceiling height up to 3000mm as a standard.
X Files doors can be included in the modular system X Files by Bencore, even coplanar with the partition walls. The X Files system has been designed for application in every space and dimension. Light weight is combined with high structural resistance, durability and sustainability.
