Single component high performance sealant for flooring BAUFLEX® 35 is a 1‐component, polyurethane based elastic sealant, with high mechanical resistance. AREAS OF USE Contraction and expansion joints in floors Indoor and outdoor applications for warehouses, production areas, pedestrian and traffic areas For food industry and surfaces exposed to weather and temperature differences CHARACTERISTICS 1‐part sealant, ready to use High adhesion to concrete High resistance to tearing Very good mechanical and chemical resistance For indoor and outdoor applications APPLICATION CONDITIONS BAUFLEX 35 can be used at ambient and surface temperature +10°C ‐ 25°C only, air moisture max. 80%. Existing joints must be dry and free of any moisture (humidity < 4%). Working areas should be well ventilated and protected against access by unauthorized persons and to maintain a protection zone an open flame, especially the welding work.
