Three-seated sofa produced from the model of bergere which armrests end in a sculpted swan neck, imperial motif inspired by Antiquity that we can find in Josephine's coat of arms (Napoleon's spouse). The original model was created from the sketches of the architects and decorators Percier & Fontaine and made by Desmalter. Here it has a rather contemporary-looking with its dark leather covering in contrast with the aluminium leaf wooden finishing.
