The INTEC system ceiling, (according to DIN 18869), is an all-in-one ventilated ceiling solution for mass catering and industrial food processing kitchens and workshops. Suspended roof partition with mechanical ventilation system embedded, it integrates the aerosol separator, the supply air passage, the drainage system and the lighting to form a functional ventilation ceiling that meets architectural requirements. The cover system is particularly suitable for rooms under high latent heat conditions, and allows the extraction of ambient moisture and greases from kitchen fumes. Made from Reynolux® pre-painted aluminium bended and double-coated with polyester, the ceiling cassettes offer an aesthetic and extremely durable surface particularly adapted to severe environments. Perfectly hygienic, requiring minimum maintenance, with infinite possibilities of transformation and customization, Reynolux® pre-painted aluminium is the ideal material for a broad range of industrial applications. Combined with the highly effective filters and the drainage profiles, the concavely-curved cassettes capture the thermal current directly above the emission sources. Condensation accumulates into the drainage profiles via the underside of the arched roof before being drained-off directly into the sewage system. Supply air diffusers inserted within the ceiling screen ensure the kitchen air renewal with no draught, and the cleaning is carried out by the gutter cleaner system, Clarus CS.
