STRONG AND DURABLE STEEL DECK
One of the smallest hand-propelled petrol lawn mowers in production, the 41cm Alpina is worth serious consideration if you have a compact lawn with awkward corners and narrow accessways to negotiate.
Designed with ease of use to the fore, the AL5 41 A has been equipped with host of convenience-features: there’s simple single-lever cutting-height selection; a handy ‘grassbag full’ warning indicator; and a two-step height-adjustable handlebar.
The AL5 41 A employs a STIGA ST120 engine; a highly efficient four-stroke OHV unit that develops a substantial 2.5hp from a displacement of just 123cc.
A smart-grip handle on the largest-in-class 60-litre collector makes it easy to remove and empty; while a front grass-comb lifts the grass just before it’s cut so as to ensure neat and even results.
The handlebar on the AL5 41 A benefits from an ergonomically optimised handlebar that guarantees the operator has a comfortable hold on the machine at all times.
Additional features include ball-bearing wheel mounts that confer free-rolling manoeuvrability; and a top-mounted carry-handle for hassle-free site-to-site movement.
