The BWIC is a wok induction from the Adventys Bioline range. This product is intended for wok cooking with an adapted pan (1 wok pan offered with the purchase of this product). Adventys manufactures its own wok bowl format inductors that are perfectly adapted to the vitroceramic for a more homogeneous and precise cooking. Thanks to the stainless steel rim, the pan does not rest directly on the glass ceramic, which prevents any risk of breakage in the event of impact. The power of 3000 or 3500W is perfectly distributed and controllable thanks to the integrated touch-sensitive control panel with a start button and 2 power selection buttons as well as a timer button that allows you to set a timer for up to 99 minutes.
